Make up/ Props

Props important in creating the right iconography for our genre, for example are characters are suppose to be relatable to the audience with them being the same age. So their costumes will be normal casual clothes that people who are 15+ will wear. Another example of props that are relatable are phones. Using Iphones and Samsung phones the iconography of a teen thriller/ drama are being followed.
We want our actors to dress up like usual teenagers who attend college thus we have taken notes on usual students wear. What we deducted is that we should place clothes that fit our characters personalty, this is why we created a character profile. We are doing to dress our protagonist in normal clothes with a jacket thus making him look like he fits in. His friend who sits with him in the classroom will wear a black t shirt and usual normal clothes. Our protagonist however we want to connote a scary atmosphere when he is on the screen. This will be done through use of a hoodie that he never takes off to cover up his face.

Using these props and dressing the actors up like normal teenagers we will be able to make our film look like a legitimate film by a serious production company like WarnerBrothers
