Potential/actual problems and how we prevented then during production

We have encountered many different problems and crossroads when filming our movie, from clashes in artistic vision to sound and quality of shot.

A problem we have had to surpass is the location and finding the right time in order to film in certain location. An example of this is filming in a room, but we sometimes lesson took place there, in which we would have to till they finished or find a new area to film, or even in drastic cases change the storyline order to make it fit our specific needs

Another hurdle we had surpass during filming is sound and volume. Filming in open places causes problems because it could be too loud or echo too much to make any sense out of. This is a situation that arose more often than not, an example of this is we filmed a shot in the college dining hall which later turned out to be useless upon a later viewing because it was inaudible. As a direct result of this we decided to keep this scene out off our finished product because it was becoming a series problem that was taking over our time. A way we resolved this is by changing the narrative so that this scene was no longer a part of our storyline.

A struggle we uncounted during the editing of our film was finding the correct music which fitted our genre. Many lessons were spent trying to find the sound we imagined in our planning. We later found a website which had music fro a whole range, and from their found a song for our film which fitted the thriller genre

Artistic vision became a serious problem during the filming process. Eg one person had an idea that might make our film better like different angle or shot, another person in our group may disagree with this idea. Then if we tried this new way of filming and it turned out to be useless our time has been wasted, an during the filming time is important in order to finish at the right time
